Está por confirmar; ese es el diseño de Warner en EEUU.
TheDiscFather (fuente fiable a veces) dijo hace poco que en Alemania saldría el diseño del póster original, e intuyo que tanto en Alemania como en UK, editará Universal, así que huele a otro diseño.

Según los usuarios del foro blu-ray.com, no hay "destrozo" para este título, tan sólo se ha alterado sensiblemente la colorimetría en algunos segmentos:
Picture is quite good. The HDR enhances it throughout, especially in the second half, and perhaps most notably during the drive-in scene. The picture is darker overall, but it looks good, with plenty of detail. Direct and specular highlights (like lights or reflections of it on metal or white clothing) shine bright against the darker backgrounds, creating great depth and contrast in the image. Sparks are especially noteworthy, creating a more dramatic effect. The broader range also allows for a darker image without compromising it, creating a more ominous and moody atmosphere which greatly compliments the disaster-related action and tension. Colors also look good when called upon. Such as the red truck, Dorothys’ orange-y letters on the containers, the greenery which is now more lush and vibrant. And speaking of green, the scene when the first tornado with Bill occurs does have a green tint to it, but like mentioned above, it happens gradually, and it ends up being more of a green/gray and not just pure green. There is only one brief, single shot that I thought looked a bit too green at the top, but otherwise it didn’t bother me at all and I actually thought it complimented that scene given the dialogue and real-life occurrences. That is really the only instance of this now-infamous green. The rest of the tornado scenes do not have it.
Film grain is present throughout as well, although it has been lightly reduced. It still looks filmic, but it’s also evident Warner has filtered it a bit. Compression is good overall as well. Not quite top notch but it’s solid nonetheless. The VFX also hold up pretty decently. The extra definition and range do not affect them negatively despite the film’s age, and they actually hold up well. Black levels are also deep and inky, with good shadow detail and plenty of gradations. Fine detail is also noteworthy, showing minute detail that got lost in the previous transfer. Skin pores on faces, texture on clothing, objects in vegetation, hair, etc, they all look great. The only dips I noticed were during the opening credits and closing credits, but this is very likely due to how the credits were added back then to the source. Picture: 4.5/5
The audio is a beast. The Dolby TrueHD Atmos mix is practically reference quality. The wind, lightning, rain, hail, objects being thrown around, explosions, crashes; they all create an intense, immersive, and very chaotic environment the greatly compliments the action. Even quieter moments (such as Aunt Meg’s rescue, or the drive-in pre-tornado), make good use of the 3D audio capabilities. With creaks, music, and conversations surrounding the listener both at ear level and from the top when appropriate. The low end is authoritative adding great depth and weight to all the various elements, making the tornadoes feel bigger and more threatening. The music and score also carry great clarity, injecting the film with a good dose of energy and emotion. Dialogue is, for the most part, intelligible despite all the chaos. The only single caveat is during the ‘jumper’ tornado, when Bill and Jo have their big argument the dialogue drops in volume for a bit a couple of times. It happens quite briefly, but I thought it was worth noting. The heights are constantly used throughout as well, creating a very nice bubble of sound with really all the effects I mentioned above traveling through them. Audio: 4.75/5
Después de las Cameronadas y el show de los Teleñecos que han hecho con El Exorcista cualquier cosa pasa como buena y con nota. “Otras vendrán que buena te harán”. En ese contexto estamos. Por eso nos conformamos con tan poquito, porque otros títulos no dan ni ese poquito.

Esta película fue una coproducción entre Warner y Universal. USA en Warner, Universal en Europa.
De momento solo Warner la ha sacado; hay reservas abiertas de latas y UCEs en Europa de Twister, pero sin info de idiomas, en pocos países, y para Otoño.
En resumen, que por ahora nada con castellano. El UHD de USA al menos tiene latino en subs y audio.
