De la versión extendida y a la vez censurada o suavizada para televisión sólo había que yo sepa una edición alemana, ya descatalogada creo.

Por cierto, aunque no recuerdo los créditos de la película el director se hace llamar Fraser C. Heston.
La C viene de Clarke el apellido de su madre Lydia Clarke.

Ha habido un cambio frente a las especificaciones que se habían anunciado inicialmente: la versión extendida ya no procederá de un nuevo escaneo en HD sino que se trata de un re-escalado del master en definición estándar. Info de la web de kino:

Anoche estuve leyendo comentarios sobre la edición en un foro USA, buscando precisamente ese detalle. La versión para TV se presenta en 1.33:1.

Respecto al montaje para TV:

With that, this TV cut wasn’t finished for HD broadcast, and what we see here is an upscaled 1.33:1 SD master but even then it’s a fine presentation. It looks pretty good considering all things but obviously not as sharp and clear as this new 4K and a step or two back from KLSC’s 2015 Blu-ray. There are scenes that shine beautifully, then there are scenes that look just like an upscaled VHS tape. So to that end, detail clarity can shift a bit from scene to scene and there’s also some occasional motion blurring to distract the eye. (...)
As it stands, this is certainly a watchable way to enjoy the superior cut of the film.
