La celda (The Cell, 2000, Tarsem Singh)

No hay anuncio oficial ni fecha de salida todavía, pero según un "coming soon" que Arrow posteó en sus redes sociales ayer, la compañía podría editar próximamente en 4K La celda, de Tarsem Singh, protagonizada por Jennifer Lopez y Vince Vaughn:

Veremos si se concreta algo más en los próximos días. Sería un puntazo, porque la edición en bluray de la peli era, por decirlo suavemente, bastante mejorable...

Dos montajes con una diferencia de 2 minutos?

Muy interesante esto "Previously unseen version of the Theatrical Cut of the film, presented in 1.78:1 aspect ratio with alternate grading, from a 2K master created by director of photography Paul Laufer"

El director de fotografía aprueba un montaje en 1.78:1 en vez de 2.39:1

He visto mucha polémica en el foro de esa pagina con la aparente poca nitidez de la imagen, y por las diferencias de calidad entre la copia en 2,39x1 vista en cines y la copia en formato 1,78x1 proporcionada por Paul Laufer, el director de foto del film. En la review apenas se menciona esto, así que habrá que ver in-situ qué calidad tiene esta presentación de la peli.

Yo la tengo pedida en la pagina de Arrow. Ya comentaré algo cuando me llegue...
