Imagino que comienzan con títulos para los que han recuperado plenos derechos de explotación, estando algunos de los derechos de su basta filmografía cedidos a Studio Canal, Universal, Paramount, Warner, etc.

De hecho, KL anunció hace varios meses la futura edición en USA de "Las cicatrices de Drácula" y nunca más se supo...

El título que nos ocupa está curioso y es bastante entretenido. Fue el intento de la Hammer de apuntarse a la moda del cine de artes marciales como ya hiciera en la muy disfrutable "Kung fu contra los 7 vampiros de oro", con la trama principal mas propia del cine policíaco al estilo de cintas como (salvando las distancias) la norteamericana "Harry el sucio", o los cientos de polizieschi que reventaron las taquillas italianas durante los años 70.

Es muy probable que entre los próximos lanzamientos se incluyan clásicos como "Quatermass" o "Frankenstein y el monstruo del infierno", siendo aquellos distribuidos por Universal o Warner los de más incierto futuro, al menos por ahora.

Kino Lorber, por desgracia, acostumbra a hacer eso, anunciar cuando se ha adquirido un título y luego tardar años en sacarlo. Aun estoy esperando con ganas las dos de Babe..

Algún problema tiene que haber con las licencias que les ha cedido Universal, porque ya son varias las pospuestas de dicho estudio en los últimos meses...

Aunque no lo indique en ningún lado, al igual que las dos anteriores ediciones, la película contendrá subtítulos en español.
