Bueno creo que he encontrado la pagina para activar el USB que lleva la television LG PJ350. Que tanto dolor de cabeza a dado aqui os lo pongo.

LG PK/PJ 2010 plasma models (firmwares, tips, mods)

Hi all,

Wanted to gather info on those models in one topic.

Those models are 2010 PLASMA models : 42/50PJ2**, 42/50PJ3**,
42/50PJ5**, 42/50PJ6**, 50/60PK2**,50PK3**, 50/60PK5**, 50PK7**

xxPK9xx are not included here they are not saturn6 based, seems

They are based on same mother board saturn6 (same as 2009 LH/LU/LF models), they only differ by additional connectivity boards (3rd HDMI, VGA, etc...), plasma panel size and model, and perharps tuner depending on country.

Not found so far official firmwares releases from LG for thoses sets, I you find one please tell !

So far gathered those firmwares extracted by members of this forum :

EU 3.14 : extracted by me on 50pk250
EU 3.14 : extracted by pspcoelho on 50pk550 (is exactly the same as mine)
EU 3.16 : extracted by The Frog on 42pj350
EU 3.17 : extracted by zoren60 on 50pk250
EU 3.20 : extracted by Topogigi on 50pk350
EU 3.21 : Official firmware from LG, but will lock u-boot and kernel debug => DON'T USE IT !!!!
xx 3.22 : not extracted yet

PK and PJ firmware are compatible to each other, confirmed by klingon (see in this topic).

If you have a different version please extract it and share !

=====MOD 1=====

You can add USB support to those sets for JPEG and Music as well as THX support (not real one as THX needs each panel to be tuned, but some users like THX "cinema" default tuning even if panel has not been tuned, that's my case )

2 ways to achieve this :

1/ Remote control hack

2/ Serial line

You can access to InStart and EZAdjust service menu via serial.
Connect to tv, in "$ debugmenu:" shell type
call SUMODE_CreateInStartWin
or
call SUMODE_CreateEZAdjustWin
and press Enter.
Chosen menu must appear on TV screen.

Once you have access to TOOL Option menu.

Set EMF(JPEG,MP3) to 1 in tool option 3 for Photo and Music through USB.
Set THX to 1 in tool option 4 for THX.

Enjoy your photo and Music by connecting a USB drive to you TV then Menu>USB
Enjoy THX by choosing this setting in image settings.

==== MOD 2 ====

Those sets are all compatible with LGMOD it will :

- Enable network on your TV (need USB Hub and USB2ethernet adaptor)
- Samba shares
- NFS shares
- Upnp aka DLNA
- Web interface for controlling it

- Even if you don't have an usb2ethernet adaptor with LGMOD you'll get
- Firmware extraction capabilities
- Patching capabilities (soon...for now you need network)

Desde el 23.24.25 de Noviembre, el plasma de 42 lg Pj150 a 333 euros. ESTA BIEN dicho, segun catalogo de MM .

He ido hoy en persona y TACHAN, es el modelo PJ 350 a 333 euros. LA gente se los lleva de 3 en 3, no es broma......

PRegunta ..... Este televisor puede leer mkv o avi, (xvid,divx).. O se puede activar......
