Tema: Oscars 2020

La prota de Midsommar lo hace muy bien estoy de acuerdo y la tapada de los Oscars en el apartado tecnico puede ser Midway.

Para mi y desde mi punto de vista este año los premios Oscar deberían estar repartidos entre estos candidatos, sobre todo si hablamos de películas que se arriesgan y nos brindan trabajos que se diferencian del resto, en este sentido, no hay color.
Incorporo la de Almodóvar que pese a no tener el nivel de descaro de las otras cuatro, es tan redonda que me parecería de mal gusto que se quedase fuera.

Florence Pugh vuelve a hacer doblete, en los Oscar veo poco probable que alcance la nominación por Midsommar. Espero que la división de votos no haga que merme sus posibilidades por Mujercitas. La nominación que veo merecida y me gustaría por Midsommar es en el vestuario, se ha resaltado muy poco ese apartado de la película y es un trabajo realmente exquisito y sería una nominación muy original. Si habéis visto el como se hizo del blu ray , la diseñadora cuenta que para cada actor , actriz o figurante de la aldea se hizo un vestido único y especial y cada traje cuenta una historia distinta.

Yo creo que Pugh va a conseguir la nominación por Mujercitas, al igual que espero que la consiga Ronan.

Y Midsommar podría estar perfectamente nominada, por ejemplo, en vestuario, dirección artística y maquillaje

El trabajo de dirección artística es encomiable, pero todo se le viene en contra: entre que los decorados lucen en contados momentos, entre el tipo de película que es y el flaco favor que hace la academia a este tipo de proyectos , entre la feroz competencia que hay y que los trabajos de "de época" tienen más éxito que los "contemporáneos" (aunque siempre hay excepciones), sería un milagro que rascase una nominación. NO creo que se lleve alguna pero he mencionado el vestuario porque es el apartado que más luce, que más tiempo tiene en pantalla. Por mi parte sería merecidísimo.

El año pasado Toni Collette que estaba increíble no fue nominada, y este año casi todos los expertos (y después del éxito entre circulos de críticos) colocan a Lupita con una plaza. Es difícil ser nominada por una película de terror, pero a mi modo de ver Hereditary y su interpretación femenina protagonista es muy superior a Nosotros, y eso que me gusta también Nosotros. A Jordan Peele se le debe tener en buena consideración por su Oscar al guión original...
