El director de Pride, Matthew Warchus ha trabajado mucho en el teatro, pero en el cine, muy poco (2 o 3, contando este Pride, que es la mejor, sin duda suya)

Una primera y breve valoración de los indies british. Pride, la triunfadora, con 3 premios, de lso secundarios y de mejor film, y lo demás muy repartido. Pero Mr. Turner y the imitation game se van de vacio, creo. También aquí ha llegado la ola Boyhood, en la categoría extranjera.

´71, la historia de un soldado británico que por accidente se queda solo en medio de unas revueltas en Belfast en 1971 y que se ha llevado el premio a mejor director, también pinta muy bien.
