Sharpness
High - High setting of edge enhancement - material will show a white line etching around objects.
Medium - Medium setting of edge enhancement - material may show a white line etching around objects.

Brightness
-20 -> 00 -> +20 - Sets the Brightness (black level) output of the DV-971H. Typical setting: -03 or 00.
If the picture looks washed out, reduce brightness.

Off - Turns off the enhancement. Suggested setting.
Noise Reduction
High - Video noise may be significantly reduced but at a penalty of reduction of fine detal and further
increase of "ghosting" – especially with fast motion.
Medium - Video noise strongly reduced but at a penalty of reduction of fine detail and increase of
"ghosting" – especially with fast motion.
Low - Video noise reduced. Minimum penalty of loss of fine detail. Some "ghosting" may be apparent.
Off - No Noise reduction. Suggested setting unless one finds video noise distracting.
