Sí, esa historia yo también la he oído referida a los pit-bull y los bull-terrier, que como que el cerebro les crece más deprisa que el cráneo y acaba comprimido, haciendo que el perro pierda la cabeza. No sé si será verdad, tendrá alguna base científica o será otro cuento chino.
