The original Baywatch series are making their return on TV with the remastering in high definition of the complete 242 episodes. With the series still rating strong audience on RTL in Germany, TF1 in France and Mediaset in Italy, Fremantle asked BCE to do the HD re-versioning of 198 episodes in French, German, Italian as well as Spanish

Ya sabemos quien ha echo la version de golplay.

"To keep the franchise as faithful as possible to the original, BCE ingested the SD reference material including the dubbed audio for each language. Since the remastered HD version are including new contemporary songs from new artists, selected by the original composer Corey Lerios, BCE had to edit the original dubbed audio, erase the music and isolate the voice and FX tracks."

Interesante, pero eso no es tan facil de hacer, todo depende de como este echo el doblaje original, no es lo mismo conservar las voces por separado de cada actor que el montaje "final" del doblaje,claro que creo que hay programas por ahi que pueden eliminar las voces de un video, asi que supongo que la musica támbien.

"Many of the foreign episodes of Baywatch were censored. BCE had to work with the original dubbing artists and record the missing scenes. When an artist was not available, BCE had to find a person with the voice that matched best the version and use digital technology to adjust the final versioning.

BCE ensured the audio correction of the dubbed version as well, including audio level correction with dephasing and micro audio drops as well as synch issues between the FX and the dialogue"

Osea que tenemos redoblaje con los actores originales en españa(¿Pero estan vivos y en activo?).

With the ingest of the new original HD master provided by Fremantle, BCE made the final QC (quality check) of the 242 original episodes remastered by Warner and Illuminate. Then, BCE mixed the audio of the four foreign language tracks to the new score in 198 episodes. Finally, BCE created the Titles and Credits for each version:

French: Baywatch – Alerte à Malibu
German: Baywatch – Die Rettungsschwimmer von Malibu
Italian: Baywatch
Spanish: Baywatch – Los vigilantes de la Playa"

Estaria bueno que no hubieran respetado el titulo XD.

Eso debe ser porque han pasado de las dos últimas temporadas en que cambiaron de sede y retitularon la serie como "Baywatch Hawaii", poniendo a muchos personajes/actores nuevos aunque siempre ha habido muchos cambios en el reparto de las temporadas "normales". Hay quien considera esas dos últimas temporadas como si de un spin of se tratase.
