Ha aparecido otra review que podría darnos un poco de luz sobre el tema de las omisiones:

Originally this concert wasn’t intended to be rebroadcast or released to home video, and it’s only through luck that any of it exists. <hr></blockquote>

Más más que menos. Unos 22€ contando los gastos más baratos (leeeentos). Un gran precio aún así y es que el euro está que se sale respecto al US$. Conocía el precio pero preferí comprarlo en cdwow (pagando en US$ en el dominio noruego me salió por 23€ y pico) antes que en dvdpacific que aún no me atrevo a volverles a comprar. Y de todas formas yo utilizaba el envío priority o sea que me salía más o menos igual o un poquito más caro que en cdwow.

Una pregunta. Y no es que quiera desviar el tema del post.
En estas tiendas on-line, donde encuentras por ejemplo este Live Aid (u otros) a tan buen precio, no parecen tiendas europeas ¿como sabemos que compramos compatible con zona 2? lo digo porque casi siempre dice 'zona 1'
Yo el Live Aid me lo compré en una tienda 'normal' de mi ciudad. Si compras en tiendas americanas, como es el caso de DVDPacific, y no tienes un reproductor multizona, tienes que comprobar que el DVD es zona 0.
Yo suelo mirarlo en páginas como www.dvdempire.com, aunque a veces la información no es totalmente fiable (he comprobado que en algunos DVD de zona 0 pone que son zona 1).
En el caso "Live Aid" dice que es zona 1.

Yo también estoy igual pero no tengas tantas prisas, los de cdwow son bastante anárquicos en estos temas. ¿Hasta cuando esperar? Sencillo; hasta que te lo envíen. <img src=https://www.mundodvd.com/forum/emoticons/hola.gif ALT=":hola">
PD: Lo que decía; Me han mandado un emaill diciendo que se han quedado sin stock y que hasta el día 20 no volverán a tener. Típico de cdwow. Y que a nadie le extrañe que nos vuelvan a mandar otro email diciendo que para el día 20 tampoco lo tendrán. Típico también.

Eso si, ha subido de preci, de las 17 libras ha subido a 30.

De eso nada, my friend. Yo he descargado las partes que me han interesado de este concierto en calidad CD procedentes de Bootlegs que ya han sido liberados y circulan hace tiempo en varios lugares de la red dedicados a la descarga de discos grabados en directo.
De hecho, hace muy poco en uno de estos sitios al conocer el lanzamiento oficial del Live Aid primero se retiraron alguno de esos bootlegs y luego se decidió que no atentaban contra la edición comercial de los DVDs y que los bootlegs contenían las actuaciones completas mientras que los DVDs no lo hacían. Así que se volvieron a listar en el Tracker del sitio en cuestión.
Yo, entre los cuatro DVDs que han editado, no llego ni a montarme uno a mi gusto con gente que me interese: Tom Petty, The Cars, y un poco por rellenar: Eric Clapton, The Pretenders, U2, la canción de Dylan y K. Richards, la de George Thorogood, Boomtown Rats, Style Council, Simple Minds, Ultravox, y †he Who. Fijo que no lleno un DVD, asi que como para aguantar 4.
Y la distribución es penosa, algunos con 6 canciones y otros con 1. En fin, que si alguien me lo pasa me confeccionaré 1 DVD escaso y pasaré del resto.
