"Late last night, we posted a possible 'WOTW' concept that may have surfaced on the web. Well it's not for that film.
I contacted the artist Martin Mercer verifying if indeed it is from the upcoming Spielberg epic, The WoTW illustration is my own and not connected to the movie. He also added I am a fan of H.G Wells and wished that Steven would have set the film in Victorian England ,they may have been put off by the time machine (which I liked) but King Kong is being set in period and i think it will work.
So there you have it folks. This artwork is not from Spielberg version of the film but rather his concept of the H.G. Wells classic."
SalU2.
