Jim Carrey seria el Coronel Stars, un superhéroe antaño militar que fundó el primer súper-equipo Justicia Por Siempre (Justice Forever) junto con Lieutenant Stripes (Teniente Rayas), dos ex convictos que rectificaron su camino y reclutaron a todos los héroes disponibles.
Por su parte, Lindy Booth seria Night-Bitch, una vigilante enmascarada miembro de Justicia Por Siempre.
