Dear Sirs,
The charge back you are referring to was indeed
requested by me.
The amount returned (CAD$ 92.99) was the corresponding
to the pre-order you unilaterally cancelled, perceived
by me as a fraud at law given the circumstances and
conditions in which you performed it, which are too
numerous to list at this moment and from which you
probably are already aware given the number of
complaints, reports to authorities and other
chargebacks that have been taking place in the past
months from dissatisfied customers, according to my
news.
The amount of the charge back was listed as credit in
my store account, and at that moment was subject to a
series of conditions and limitations I didn't agree
with as I considered them abusive and not faithful to
the conditions in which the initial purchase was made.
Nevertheless, as you probably can verify in your
records, I never used that credit nor I asked for a
refund for it when you finally provided the means, as
I had already obtained my refund and that action
would have indeed been unethical and clearly illegal.
As a final note, I have to state that I find extremely
annoying the fact of being subject of an investigation
as a customer when a simple check of your records can
demonstrate without any doubt that I never incurred
(nor attempted to) in any fraud against your store,
and it was in fact DVDSoon who performed a series of
seriously dubious actions in the first place, which
I'm sure are already subject of investigation
themselves.
I hope there will be no need for another kind of
communication and that this explanation will suffice
to unlock my account at your store, which I
regretfully -and despite many years of satisfaction
and optimal service and relation- will most likely
only access for record purposes and no future orders
will be placed as a result of this wholefully
dissapointing situation.
Yours,
RangerOne
