En mi caso tampoco depende la suscripción de ello, ni me resulta determinante. Las prometidas mejoras en imagen, sin embargo, las espero como agua de mayo. Y esto (una nueva codificación, por ejemplo), si sería aplicable a todo el catálogo.Iniciado por tanis79

A mí respondió Juame en twitter diciendo que se estaban retrasando por cuestiones de "retro-compatibilidad", pero que estaban en ello.
No sé muy bien a qué se refiere, pero bueno, esto fue hace un par de semanas creo.

¿Codificación nueva vs dispositivos antiguos?. Quizá se refiera a eso.

Generalmente la retrocompatibilidad es eso. Se ha hablado anteriormente de algo parecido en el foro. No se puede tener lo último y pretender que funcione en dispositivos antiguos, asi que seguramente estén pensando en encontrar un punto medio en el que mejorar lo que tienen sin llevarse por delante muchisimos dispositivos.

Se ha estrenado hoy en Filmin Dear Werner (Walking On Cinema), documental imprescindible sobre Werner Herzog, bella carta de amor al cineasta alemán.
Y lo ha hecho acompañado de 12 películas remasterizadas del maestro alemán, que también se han añadido al catálogo de la plataforma.
Recomiendo especialmente Corazón de Cristal, subyugante e hipnótica obra maestra.

Eso de que Resen pone sus pirateadas en streaming en acuerdo con Filmin.. me parece algo surrealista como para creerlo o afirmarlo así, ¿estamos seguros de ello? Porque sería ya la repanocha no solo editar pelis sin licencia, encima venderlas también en streaming, una cosa es que pasen de castaño oscuro en el cine en casa pero como está el streaming que se pongan a vender pelis a tope que no tienen licencia, creo que debería haber un puro ahí bueno.

Ayer Jaume volvió a la estrategia del hype, que anunciarán algo que llevan 2 meses esperando y blabla. Si es algo de hace sólo 2 meses sigue sin ser el ansiado bitrate. Creí que con la entrada de capital por fin darían el salto de calidad, pero me parece a mí que hasta que sean los únicos en esa situación (mientras no llegue HBOMax) aguantarán con lo que hay.
Una pena.

Ya hay alguna peli en 4K suelta en el catálogo, como belle de jour. Bitrate pesimo, eso ni es 4K ni es nada. Por resolución si, claro.

Por eso lo digo, que es otra opción que tienen para mejorar la calidad de audio y video de su catálogo.
