Tema: Cincuenta sombras de Grey (2015)

No, no va por ahí la cosa. Algo hay, pero no es exactamente así. El problema es que parece que en la película sí que van a tirar por ese camino Entre el tema de la ropa y lo que comentas de la frasecita "no hay mucho que saber sobre mí, míreme".... Por cierto, esa frase no está en la novela. Allí ella es una chica normal y corriente. En lo que sí la lleva él es en el tema sexual porque la chica (lo pongo en spoiler por si acaso)

y a él le va el sado.

Mi teoría del éxito de la saga (sólo he leído la primera y por insistencia de mi entorno femenino ) no está en el tema sexual, ya que lo que hay es lo típico de cualquier novela erótica (he leído pocas, aclaro ). Creo que el éxito viene porque engancha hasta el final para tratar de saber por qué es tan rarito este hombre y si una relación así puede funcionar a largo plazo. Y hasta aquí puedo contar

Así que ver que empiezan con el temita de que ella es una mariposa que todavía no ha salido del capullo, pues sí, como dices, huele a rancio ya. Esperemos que sólo sea cosa de un par de escenas.

A mí la película no me interesa, pero como me arrastrarán a verla... pues mira, voy siguiendo el tema

Campanilla, gracias por las aclaraciones. Visto el trailer me parece a mí que la película va a intentar vender morbo, pero por otra parte, con el sistema de calificaciones no sé cómo lo van a conseguir. Al final pasará que, como casi siempre, las exceptativas serán mayores comparadas con lo finalmente se vea en pantalla.

De hecho la novela no es tan fuerte como la venden, yo he leído libros de otros géneros con escenas de sexo bastante más moviditas y subiditas de las que hay en esta trilogía, que son repetitivas y bastante insulsas.

Jamie Dornan me gustó mucho en The Fall, pero esta película me da una pereeeza.

How did you get through the media storm? Just radio silence?
Yeah, it was radio silence. It was a very difficult position that I put myself in, and that I put the studio in, because of course, those type of things are like red rag to a bull to a lot of bloggers and reviewers. I’m on [Laughs] a journey of self-discovery and trying to avoid total existential crisis. That’s the kind of operating zone that I’m approaching this business from. And so it was very painful, and it was very difficult. I was worried that the wrong perception would come out, which is what happened—it was all about that I got cold feet, or that I didn’t have faith in the movie, or that I didn’t like the script, and all this f–king bulls–t. Anybody that knows the process of actors with integrity going about choosing roles knew that all of those questions would have been answered in the very first meeting and that had any of that actually been the case, I would have not gotten myself in the situation in the first place. So it was a little bit annoying and a little bit painful, and I really was just so sad for Sam [Taylor-Johnson], the director, because I absolutely adore her, and I gave her my word and committed to going on this journey with her. It’s been many years that I’ve been in this business. All of a sudden, I’m getting all of these wonderful people approaching me and asking me to work with them. It’s very hard to say no when you love and respect people. I just kind of made a bit of a rookie mistake in that one in biting off more than I could chew.

At the An Evening In The Writer's Room event hosted by Iranian-American writer Reza Aslan, British writer Kelly was asked how difficult it was to write the sex scenes.

Kelly revealed that the 'you are my popsicle' line from a particularly raunchy section of the book went into the movie, adding: 'It's genius. They apparently did that scene great.

'Apparently Jamie is great at being soft and hard at the same time. Which is hard to do for an actor! He's going to get an Oscar!'

Lo mío no deja de ser una opinión más pero me temo que esto es claramente lo que los americanos llaman un overpromise.... vamos que promete mucho y no se va a ver nada -gracias por tu comentario dawson, lo suscribo totalmente-. He ojeado el libro por encima y lo que veo es una historia con un punto de vista para mujeres y otro punto de vista para hombres. El de las mujeres es que es un libro con una historia de amor tipo pretty woman pero más subida de tono y con el porno justo que les gusta y el de los hombres es que es un libro de porno más blando que un flan sin ningún otro contenido. Y si todo eso lo metes en una película americana que pueda hacer caja en su tierra tienes..... un overpromise con mucho, mucho marketing.

Respecto al actor, me limitaré a decir que no encaja en el papel y el favorito de mis chicas cercanas es Bomer y yo opino lo mismo solo que tiene que cambiar el registro de chico con sonrisita a misterioso ejecutivo con sombras en su vida.

En declaraciones a The Observer, el actor irlandés ha acabado con las especulaciones de su posible desnudo frontal en el film y tras declararse feminista, ha confirmado que la película no pretende glorificar la violencia contra las mujeres. En cuanto a su desnudo Dornan ha dicho: "Había contratos en orden que decían que los espectadores no verían mi, um... Mi pene." No puede ser más claro, además confirma la confianza que ha depositado en la directora del proyecto y espera que la película dé rienda suelta a la imaginación de los espectadores.

Defendiendo la decisión de evitar ser tan explícitos ha comentado: "Quieres atraer a la mayor audiencia posible sin espantarles. No quieres hacer algo gratuito, y feo, y gráfico." Y en cuanto a las posibles críticas que pueden recaer sobre la película por defender la violencia de género ha sido contundente: "Creo que es muy difícil discutir eso cuando hay consenso. La mitad del libro trata sobre hacer contratos. Permiso y aceptación de lo que va a suceder. No hay ni violaciones ni relaciones sexuales forzadas".
