No parece un mal master el italiano, el color quizás menos natural que el master de Criterion, tendiendo a tonos rojizos, pero no sale del todo mal parado en la comparativa.

Acabo de leer la review de la edicion de Universal en blu-ray. com y parece que, además de no llevar extras, la calidad de imagen es MUY inferior a la de Criterion. ¡Que se la compre su señora madre, porque lo que es yo, paso!
Efectivamente, de una calidad muy dudosa. Lo malo es que de momento, salvo reproductor multizona y conocimientos de inglés más bien altos, no hay ninguna alternativa de calidad.
A pesar de todo ello las capturas me parecen mejores que la valoración final. De hecho en la comparativa del post anterior, de la edición Criterion con la edición italiana de Universal, las diferencias son evidentes y existen pero no me parecen abismales.
Parece que esta edición no es la mejor de las posibles para nada, pero claro, si hay que elegir entre el DVD español (con el mismo montaje) y el BD italiano o inglés (ambos con castellano), al menos tendréis que admitir que tener una alternativa al DVD con más calidad de imagen por 9 euros tampoco es una tragedia. (Simplemente es una cutrez...)
Que chasco. Me iba a pillar la edición italiana aprovechando que está 7€ pero despues de leer las lindezas de la edición europea paso!!!

esta peli la vi hace poco en su edicion bluray de criterion, la tengo considerada como una d las pelis mas raras q eh visto pero en buena onda, me tuvo hipnotizado toda la peli

Una pregunta, como se comenta ahí arriba que la versión en blu-ray de Europa no es buena, esta nueva edición UK tiene la versión buena e incluirá subs español al menos? Saludos.

Pues menudo chasco :| Aunque por lo que he visto, la única versión íntegra es la de Criterion, que no trae ni subtítulos en español, por lo que la única compra que me planteo es la de la versión italiana.

Es exactamente la misma versión que vimos en 2002 en DVD. La misma edición europea.
Realmente en Europa nunca se ha visto una versión distinta. Los 40 segundos censurados entre diversas escenas son del montaje americano.
Alguien tiene la limitada de Arrow para comentar la calidad y demás?... Me pica mucho tener esta peli decentemente, imagino que si el disco no tiene los idiomas de la edición anterior puede ser que tenga también más calidad el master y demás, no?
La limitada de Arrow sale el 10 de agosto. Yo mismo la tengo reservada.
Sobre el master... yo diría que estará a la par del de Criterion, sin ser exactamente el mismo.
Sale en dos meses... Y, al parecer, se está agotando en las reservas.
Pensaba que ya andaba a la venta... Pues a esperar :)
