We are instituting an automated replacement program for the UHD100 disc from our recent release of LOOKING FOR MR. GOODBAR. We have received inquiries from some customers who have experienced playback issues while watching the UHD disc with Dolby Vision enabled. While most customers will not experience playback issues, certain player and TV combinations will result in crashes around the 2-hour mark. If you are experiencing any trouble while watching the UHD disc with Dolby Vision, you can disable Dolby Vision for immediate and issue free playback while you wait to receive the replacement disc. We are currently re-manufacturing the disc to ensure universal playability. The Blu-ray disc is not affected.
Customers who purchased LOOKING FOR MR. GOODBAR from VinegarSyndrome.com will automatically receive a replacement UHD disc in February. While you await the new and improved UHD disc, here's a $5 coupon for our upcoming Subscriber Week event:
