I'm so sorry about that! It seems like we are having some trouble this month with import fees being charged to the recipient rather than the sender. Nothing has changed on our end and we believe we have figured out the issue, so this should not happen with any other packages.
The easiest thing to do here would be to go ahead and pay the fees, send us a receipt/proof of payment, and we can refund you on your most recent order to cover the fees.
If you would prefer another method, please let us know. I'm very sorry again for the inconvenience!
