Tema: El monstruo (I, Monster, 1971, Stephen Weeks)

Producida por el gran Milton Subotsky a quien le debemos el gran legado de películas de la Amicus y al que siempre estaremos en deuda por habernos inspirado alguna de nuestras peores pesadillas.

De hecho pertenece a Amicus, pero es de las menos conocidas.

Adaptación de "El extraño caso del Dr. Jekyll y Mr. Hyde", obra del escritor inglés Robert Louis Stevenson. El doctor Marlowe (Christopher Lee) es un científico que ha desarrollado una droga intravenosa para liberar sus inhibiciones, pero su efecto es tan potente que surge en él una nueva personalidad, un ser malvado llamado Blake, que se vuelve cada vez más monstruoso tanto física como mentalmente.
