Adaptación de "El extraño caso del Dr. Jekyll y Mr. Hyde", obra del escritor inglés Robert Louis Stevenson. El doctor Marlowe (Christopher Lee) es un científico que ha desarrollado una droga intravenosa para liberar sus inhibiciones, pero su efecto es tan potente que surge en él una nueva personalidad, un ser malvado llamado Blake, que se vuelve cada vez más monstruoso tanto física como mentalmente.
