Beautiful Boy (Felix Van Groeningen, 2018)

Felix Van Groeningen (Alabama Monroe) será el encargado de dirigir la adaptación del libro autobiográfico "Beautiful Boy: A Father's Journey Through His Son's Addiction", 'best-seller' ganador del premio Barnes and Noble Discover Great New Writers por mejor libro de no-ficción.

El reparto estará formado por Steve Carell, Amy Ryan, Timothee Chalamet y Maura Tierney.

Carell dará vida a David y Ryan interpreta a Vicki, la ex mujer de David. La historia gira en torno a la adicción de Nic (Chalamet), hijo de ambos, a la metanfetamina y el impacto que esto tiene en la familia.

Kaitlyn Dever me gustó mucho en Short term 12 y Hombres, mujeres y niños. Seguro que va a estar muy bien junto a Timothée Chalamet que por cierto, ya salía también en el film de Reitman.
