'I had 2 whole Days last week listening to these speakers in a 7.1 Setup.
I have to say, I was more than surprised at the Performance and Capability of this Home Cinema system.
The amount of effortless detail, unstrained Dynamics, yet edge of the seat performance and spatial awareness was exceptional.
The experience with my Blu Ray collection of Live Concerts, all my Favourite Movie Discs that I took with me have made me re-evaluate my own system and the Train Crash Scene in Super8 was the best I have heard to date.
As far as a 'Cinema At Home' sound is concerned, this is probably the most engaging I've heard, straight out of the box.
I have to admit, there were a few times, myself and my mate turned round to look for creatures in the room and we ducked a few times too.
I would have loved to have Run Dual subs as I like to run them a little 'hot', but the room was about 14ft by 25 feet and the single Sub didn't let up.
The L and R surrounds are True Dipoles and are L and R handed with HF drive units antiphase, a bit like the Jamo D600 setup I used to own.
However, unlike the Jamo system, the Magnat's are far better constructed and don't have the edgy midrange sound I found fatiguing with the Jamo's.
I had heard of Magnat speakers in the Audio industry, but these Cinema Ultra THX2 Speakers were really shockingly good. Ive no idea why they are not better known over in the UK.
Has anyone else heard these, especially in an Atmos setup as I am seriously considering a change? "
Parece bastante claro, que corrobora lo dicho por ShangT. Y por lo tanto vale el sobrecoste de 350 a 500 por pieza.
